Maize and Blue Make Grey?
I know Beilein is having a tough first year at Michigan...but until I noticed his hair color from the beginning of the year until now, it was not apparent HOW tough.

Old lights/new lights in Crisler. I'd be very surprised if he had gone that gray in one year. He was in a higher-pressure situation before coming here.
Perhaps you have a point.
I agree the lights may account for a bit of the difference in color - but look at the temples. You can see that they are a more distinctly different color than the rest of his hair in the 2008 picture.
The color temperatures are very different in the pictures -- note that his skin changed color, too.
But yeah, he's added some gray.
